The Purchaser and/or user of the Wee Target product acknowledges and accepts that:
1. The product is provided subject to the conditions set out on the packaging.
2. Wee Target is not responsible for any form of loss whatsoever and however caused or suffered by a user of the product including claims, loss or damage resulting from the misuse of the product.
3. The product is used absolutely at your own risk.
4. The product may constitute a choking hazard to children. Appropriate precautions should be taken so that the child does not swallow it.
5. The product must be used as directed by Wee Target and you release demands of any kind and from all liabilities whatsoever which may arise in respect of any accident, loss damage or death of or injury to any person of whatsoever nature or kind arising out of or in relation to the use of the product and agree that Wee Target shall have no responsiblity or liability for any loss whatsoever. The user and/or purchaser also indemnify Wee Target against all loss that may be suffered from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damage, costs and expenses arising from the product.
6. The product may fade after one (1) months use and require replacement at that time.
7. By placing an Order for the product you accept the terms and conditions set out herein.
